1. I
am a licensed practitioner, so how do I place my first order?
First you need to either
contact us by phone (800.952.2219) or by email (pchf@professionalformulas.com)
and give us your name and contact information so we can set up an account for
you. We may also ask that you fax us a copy of your license or credentials
so we can verify that you are a licensed healthcare
professional.

How do I obtain price sheets, a catalog, or other product information?
You can request any of
these items by phone or email from us. We have numerous literature pieces and
newsletters that are condition or product specific and you can find some of
these on our website. If you are new to us, we do ask for your contact
information and a copy of your license before we will release any information to
you.
3.
What if I need to place a special, custom or contract
manufacturing order?
We manufacture special homeopathic small orders for our premium-level customers
at our lab in
Osgood, IN. These usually take one to two
weeks to produce and are around $15.00 each for 2oz. Custom and contract
capsule orders are for larger quantities so please call or email us for a quote.

Why do you only sell to licensed
practitioners or
healthcare professionals?
We believe the licensed
practitioner or healthcare professional is the best person qualified to make
health care choices after a trained diagnosis. Since we have over 1,000
products in our line, it allows the practitioner to better individualize a
patient's treatment plan because they have the proper knowledge and experience.

PCHF has been in the
natural pharmaceutical business for nearly 20 years and we believe it is vital
to the natural medicine field to have the highest quality, safest and most
effective natural products to use.

Where do you source your raw materials?
It is part of our mission
to procure the finest raw materials available and so we source them from all
over the world and continually seek the best available source. Whenever
possible we obtain organic or wild-crafted crops. We either manufacture our
products at our own facility where we have full ownership or in facilities where
we have partnerships so that we have complete control in the raw material
sourcing.
7. Do
you have test kits available?
Yes, on page 34 of our
catalog you will see that you can order individual groups or complete test
kits. Test kits are less expensive when purchasing the entire line at once but
are also sold individually by product category. We have found test kits to be a
great way of introducing the various product lines we carry.
8. Do
you have any discounts?
Yes, we keep our products
low by not artificially raising the price, but we do value doctors who order in
large quantities so please call to discuss these situations. We offer regular product case discounts (buy 11
get one free).
9. What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are stated on the last page of our price sheets and also in
our catalog. If you order less than $100 the shipping charge is $8.75, if you
order between $100-$200 the shipping charge is $6.75, and if you order over $200
there is no shipping charge. All expedited 2nd day air or next day air charges
are determined by package weight and the same goes for orders being shipped to
Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. We also have an
additional $2.75 fee charge for any drop ship requests.
