Our strength lies in the crucial importance we place on the procurement of premium raw materials, the environment, quality controls, water purity, ethics, and the caliber of team members who make and distribute our products. Our standards for quality are very high: we only use glandular tissue from New Zealand and Argentina because of the assurance of purity; we are extremely strict in our acceptance of raw materials - and we closely monitor/document the use of those materials all the way through the resulting finished products; and whenever possible we use ethically wild harvested, certified organic herbs.
Quality Controls
In our relentless pursuit of quality, Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) are only the beginning. Our focus on all aspects of the production process, from raw material sourcing and verification, documented lab procedures, bottling, labeling, boxing and shipping, ensures that you and your patients will be receiving the very best. All of our raw materials are verified for safety and efficacy and are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, though sometimes we achieve assurance of quality through independent testing. These assays are inspected and compared against previous lots and various standards to ensure the highest possible quality, and then archived for reference. We appreciate the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment; we retain test samples of every batch of every one of our 1,000 products; we implement numerous double and triple checks to catch any discrepancies before any product is shipped to a doctor; and we keep detailed records so that issues and questions can be resolved if they arise.
